My Info
Hello everyone, this is Brian. I thought this would be a great way for me to share what is going on with me. As most of you know I was recently diagnosed with ALS, otherwise known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Although this disease is very serious, Ashley and I have been very positive to overcome this life changing event. I really appreciate all the thoughts, prayers and support from so many of you. Since speaking is hard, this page will be a great way for me to post info for all to see and so you can post info for all to read. Please feel free to share your comments with me, ask questions, or just keep in touch.
Here is my personal email if you would like to send me an email or picture to post on the blog.

Hi! Brian & Ashley.
We were very sorry to hear about your battle with ALS Brian. Kevin keeps us informed of course. We know he thinks a lot of you because he spoke of you often when he lived in Orlando and many times since he moved back to AZ. We were very pleased that you both were able to come to Kevin and Stacey’s wedding. It meant a lot to them and us.
We hope things go very well for you through your treatments and keep up the positive attitude.
Best wishes from Arizona.
Love,
Karen & Frank Fretheim

hey brian!
im definitely going to keep up with you through this website. i love your optimistic attitude, thats what i remember the MOST about you in high school- you were always so patient, so understanding, and so FUN- no wonder you gave me the time of the day
i told ashley on myspace that i was really sorry about your diagnosis, BUT i KNOW good things will come out of it- it may be a struggle at first but you’ll see.
keep blogging, i want to learn more about it through YOUR experience, i probably have a PhD in google.com because i’ve been reading all about it since i read ashley’s blog on myspace, but nothing is like learning about it HANDS on through someone you care for.
keep your chin up!

Hi Brian and Ashley this is Robert and Debbie Jones from Atlanta (formerly Fort Lauderdale). We just got the news about your condition and are truly sorry to hear about it, but on the other hand we know that if anyone can make good of this situation it will be you. I’ll email you some pics of myself and Debbie and will be keeping in touch.
